Keepers Golf & Grounds/Golf Staff Appreciation Kook-Out 2016

The Keepers once again have sponsored an appreciation kook-out for the Golf & Grounds and Golf Staff. The efforts of Pete’s staff who prepare and maintain our courses plus all the people who run the shop and stage, schedule, and administrate the first tee are instrumental in making our Woodmont golf experience the best in the metro area. Almost a dozen Keepers were on hand to schmooze and eat a bit char-broiled pleasures with over 80 staff members in attendance.
Pete, Adam I, Adam II, Andrew, Dan, among others manned the grills to prepare brats, dogs, burgers, chicken and beef fajitas to go with all the fixins for this great feast. Special thanks to Wanda and Anna who were responsible for shopping and preparing the food, including the superb secret marinate for the fajitas.
For The Keepers community service commitment begins close to home and we are glad to be able to do this special event each year. Woodmont provides a first rate golf course and golf experience to all of our members and we are blessed to have such a committed staff of people supporting this effort every day.

A special shout out to Adam Miller who has been the head guy overseeing the renewal of the South Course for the last few years. He is off to Bethesda Country Club where he will ply his talents as the head honcho of Greens and Grounds…..we wish him the best of luck in his new position.
