Keepers Oscar Mayer Pro and Two Schmos 2020

Posted on Updated on

You will want to hop aboard the Weiner Mobile for the final leg of the Keepers Hot Dog Summer Series-the Oscar Mayer Pro and Two Schmos event.  This is a three-man kompetition that involves you, a fellow Keeper schmo, and a Virtual Pro playing 18 holes on the zoysia fairways of the South Course in a two net best ball format.

Your pro will be one of eight top finishers from this past week’s PGA Championship at Harding Park whose final round hole-by-hole score to par will be filled in on your South Course Scorecard.    On each hole the two net best balls of the schmos and their virtual pro will count toward the team total.

Everyone plays from the Blue Tees except those who qualify for and choose to play the Blue/Green Tee Option.  The event is low net with Half Smoke Points and Kash Sweeps awarded to the top five teams as shown below.

When you sign up please indicate your fellow schmo of choice and pick a number from 1 to 8 for your Virtual Pro Assignment.  The Keepers Virtual Random Matchmaker Cheetah, who is best known for bringing together Tarzan and Jane of silver screen fame, will make the shitachs based on your random number selection.  It is your responsibility to schedule a tee time for your team to be played on the South Course between Tuesday August 25th and Wednesday September 2nd.

At the kompletion of your round sum your two net best balls across the 18 holes and take a photo of the card and e-mail ( or text it (301-379-1533) and we will update the scoresheet for the event.
